My intention here is to shine a light on the work being done in the Back of the Yards neighborhood by Fr. Flanagan's Boy's Town Chicago. A satellite of the wonderful Boy's Town in Nebraska sits right here in Chicago helping the young men and women in one of our most challenged neighborhoods. I would like to commend Mayor Daley for providing the funding needed to establish Boy's Town Chicago and the continued support from Sen. Tony Munoz and State Rep. Eddie Acevado. This program is filing a need and we all hope the mission can continue. Sincerely,
Tim Egan
